Fall Pickup: Begins on August 18, 2025
Notice: Pickup date is subject to change based on technology maintenance schedule and device availability. Please use our online form to place your request. Due to the limited number of laptops and hotspots available, placing a request does not guarantee a device.
Getting Started:
1) Complete our online form to request a laptop or hotspot.
2) Receive a confirmation email that your devices are ready for pickup.
3) Visit the library service desk in A-201 to pick up your device(s). You'll need an IVCC ID card to check out a laptop or hotspot. You'll also be asked to sign a borrower agreement form.
4) Use your device(s) to complete IVCC related coursework.
5) Return your device(s) before the end of semester due date.
IVCC's Academic Support Center provides both long and short term technology loan options:
Short term loans items are available at the library service desk during regular hours.

Please complete this form to request a laptop or hotspot. Be sure to complete all steps of the form and enter your email to receive a copy of your request.
Device Checkout & Long Term Loan Agreement Form
On your pickup date, visit the library service desk in A-201. You will need your student ID card to check out the requested laptop or hotspot. As part of the checkout process, you will be asked to complete a long term loan agreement form. A copy of this form can be accessed by clicking the link below.
