OVID Nursing Journals
There are several nursing journals available through OVID.
STEP ONE: Perform your search to find relevant entries within the databases. From the hit list, select the item to which you wish to create a link.
STEP TWO: After finding your article, display it in full text. With the full text displayed, click on the Email PDF Jumpstart link on the right side.
STEP THREE: Log into your email account and copy the URL sent from Ovid_Online. Remember to add the OpenAthens URL BEFORE the article URL. The OpenAthens server URL is: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/ivcc.edu?url=
STEP FOUR: The link leads the student to a PDF version of the selected article.
