Reserve this equipment

You can reserve this equipment by visiting the Jacobs Library room reservation page. 

• Click the Reserve a Space button
• Select the Active Learning Space
• Select your date and time
• Enter your information and reserve your appointment

Startup and shutdown

Powering up the board:

• Ensure that the board is plugged in
• Press and hold the button located on the back of the monitor on the right side
• The board will display the home screen and attempt to connect to wifi
• Tap the bottom of the screen to get started. Vibe boards will open in guest mode until logged in.

Shutting down the board:

• Ensure that you have logged out
• Tap the power button located on the of the monitor on the right side
• A box of power options will appear on the screen. Select shut down.

Sharing another device's screen

Casting with Chrome

• Open Chrome on your device
• Type vibe.run into the address bar and press enter
• Select the vibe board that you would like to cast your screen to and select cast.

Note: You can only cast to one board at a time. Use Zoom if you would like to share your device's screen with more than one board.

Using Zoom

• Use your device to start a Zoom meeting
• Launch the Zoom app on the Vibe board(s)
• Enter your Zoom room number

Note: You can use Zoom to share your screen with more than one board at once. Also, be careful of your audio settings to avoid sound interference.
