  • Converter cables for various devices are available for checkout at the library service desk in A building.

Starting up the collaboration table:

  • To start up the collaboration table, you'll need both the large and small remote controls. Press the power button on each to turn on the TV monitor and HDMI cable box.
  • Connect your device to one of the HDMI cables.

Note: If the connection is unsuccessful, you may need to turn off yoru device before connecting the cable and power it up after the connection is made.

Selecting a cable and device:

  • Each HDMI cable is labeled with a number to help you select your device. Locate the number on the cable that is connected to the device that you would like to display. Press this number on the small remote control. The TV monitor should then display the device's screen.

Note: The HDMI cable box below the screen can tell you which cable is active. Look at the lights next to each number and use the small remote to change the active cable as you collaborate with others in your group.
